You agree to pay for the software as specified on the PAVELUDO website or as otherwise communicated to you by PAVELUDO.
All software tools are provided strictly for educational, research, and analytical purposes and are not intended to be used as financial or investment services.
PRICE CHANGES
PAVELUDO reserves the right to change pricing or introduce new charges at any time, without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
TAXES
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments (“Taxes”). You are responsible for paying all applicable Taxes, excluding any taxes based on PAVELUDO’s income.
PAYMENT
You agree to pay using the payment methods made available on the PAVELUDO website. If your payment is declined or remains overdue, PAVELUDO reserves the right to use alternative collection methods or suspend access to the software.
REFUNDS
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, in accordance with our money-back guarantee. After this period, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
To request a refund or report a billing issue, please contact our support team at billing@paveludo.com within 90 days of the original charge.
Products purchased through MQL5.com are subject to the refund policy of MQL5 and must be handled directly through their platform. We do not control or manage refunds for MQL5 purchases.
