These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paveludo.com website, software, and related materials (collectively, the “Service”).

2. NATURE OF SERVICE (SAAS NOTICE)
PAVELUDO Software LLC provides cloud-based software tools (“Expert Advisors”), documentation, and dashboards for educational, research, and analytical purposes only.
• We do NOT provide brokerage, portfolio management, money-management, execution, investment-advisory, signal-selling, or any other regulated financial service.
• You retain full control over any trading accounts or simulations you conduct.
3. RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading foreign exchange (“Forex”), CFDs, or other leveraged products involves HIGH RISK and may result in loss of ALL capital.
Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Hypothetical / back-tested results have inherent limitations and do NOT guarantee future performance.
CFTC Rule 4.41 & NFA Rule 2-29: simulated performance does not represent actual trading and may over- or under-compensate for market factors (liquidity, slippage, latency, emotional discipline).
4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws. U.S. law governs these Terms.
5. SOFTWARE LICENCE & ACCEPTABLE USE
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You may not:
• reproduce, resell, or distribute the software without written consent;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any regulation.
6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Our tools may interact with platforms such as MetaTrader 5. PAVELUDO Software LLC is not responsible for the operation, data accuracy, or availability of any third-party service.
7. FEES, TAXES & REFUNDS
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Direct purchases on Paveludo.com: 30-day full refund, provided the product is not abused or misused.
• Purchases via MQL5.com: governed by the MQL5.com refund policy.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, PAVELUDO Software LLC, its owners, and employees shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
• use or misuse of the software or data;
• software bugs, outages, or third-party failures;
• trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or opportunity costs.
NO WARRANTY OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE IS GIVEN OR IMPLIED.
9. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may terminate or suspend your access for any breach of these Terms.
10. USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting reviews, ideas, or feedback, you grant PAVELUDO Software LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content without obligation to you.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PAVELUDO Software LLC. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
